Cover Supervisor Position

We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our partnership Secondary School in Newport as a Cover Supervisor. As a Cover Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to deliver lessons to pupils in the absence of a teacher, without the need to prepare your own lessons or mark work.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver pre-prepared lessons to students across various subjects and age groups.
- Maintain strong classroom behaviour management skills.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity and consistency in educational delivery.
- Be a professional role model, while managing students' behaviours and focus within the lesson to create a positive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date.
