We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flow Assurance Engineer to join our team at First Recruitment Group in the UK. As a Senior Flow Assurance Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our flow assurance capability.

Your primary responsibility will be to perform thermo-hydraulic analysis and thermal design of subsea equipment to achieve production and design requirements for complex projects. You will work closely with other discipline engineers in a multidisciplinary project environment, providing independent support as needed.

  • Perform detailed thermo-hydraulic analysis to validate subsea system design and equipment performance.">
  • Develop and define engineering solutions to specific job requirements.">
  • Write clear, accurate, and concise technical reports.">
  • Support a technical interface with internal and external stakeholders in flow assurance related topics.">
  • Collaborate with flow assurance counterparts and within multi-disciplinary teams.">

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and extensive experience in a flow assurance related role. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • ">
  • Significant knowledge of multiphase flow and heat transfer analysis within an Oil & Gas environment.">
  • Understanding of key flow assurance related issues, including hydrate, wax, scale, corrosion, asphaltene, liquid management, operability.">
  • Proficiency with all flow assurance modeling tools, including Olga, Pipesim, PVTSim, and Multiflash.">
  • Able to perform most flow assurance activities without direct supervision.">
  • Practical attitude to tackling problems and identifying realistic solutions.">

Salary: The salary for this position is negotiable, based on experience, but we estimate around £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.
