Internal Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Willis Global Ltd. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize business potential.
  • Freight Quotations: Generate and calculate freight quotations and tender documents to meet client needs.
  • Sales Correspondence: Draft and send sales correspondence to clients, including quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications.
  • Client Visits: Conduct regular client visits to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closure, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
Requirements:
  • B2B Sales or Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales or customer service, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Freight Forwarding or Export Sales Experience: Experience in freight forwarding or export sales is highly desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Key Account Management: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, with a focus on building trust and driving sales growth.
  • Administrative and Numerical Skills: Strong administrative and numerical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
