Job Overview
Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking enthusiastic newly qualified registered nurses to join our multi-disciplinary teams. As a newly qualified nurse, you will have the opportunity to consolidate your skills and knowledge in a supportive clinical environment.
Main Responsibilities
The post holder will work in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality care. You will complete the Trust's Preceptorship package, supported by our dedicated clinical education team, using our excellent education facilities and specialist teams.
Key Objectives
- Provide care across your chosen pathway, identifying your strengths and areas for development.
- Become a confident and competent nurse, practicing in accordance with the NMC Code.
- Prepare for your first NMC Revalidation in 3 years' time.

Person Specification
Essential Criteria
- Completion of Nurse Training Programme to obtain registration with the NMC.
- Up-to-date knowledge of professional issues.
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills with multi-disciplinary team/client/relatives.
Desirable Criteria
- Evidence of working effectively within the multi-disciplinary team.
- Precise and methodical in working practice and able to work under own initiative.
