Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Carhartt WIP Store London. As a key member of our store management team, you will assist the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store and deputise in their absence.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing the store and implementing procedures and company directives
  • Ensure sales plans are achieved and support the store team in product knowledge to deliver excellent customer service
  • Mentor and provide feedback to sales staff to meet sales goals
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and company visual merchandising standards
Requirements
  • Able to supervise and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and 'people' skills
