Care Worker

Cera Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our Nurse-led team in providing care to a gentleman with complex needs in his own home. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in providing care to individuals with brain injury management, tracheostomy care, peg feed, and bowel management.
As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our client, including:
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Managing brain injury and tracheostomy care
- Administering peg feed and bowel management
We offer a comprehensive nurse-led training programme, followed by shadowing and peer support from a dedicated care mentor in your first 12 weeks. You will also have access to our WeCare employee benefits platform, offering discounts and cashback from over 800 retailers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in care work
- A drivers licence and access to a vehicle
- Subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
- The Right to Work in the UK
