As a Sales and Membership Advisor at Snozone UK, you will play a vital role in driving the company to success by working with a passionate team.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling customer enquiries over the phone or in person and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Improving membership sales and retention by delivering the membership strategy and increasing revenue.
  • Account managing group bookings and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial booking to post-event feedback.
  • Conducting outreach and marketing activities to promote the company's services and products.

Requirements: Experience working in a sales team, excellent communication skills, and a successful track record of delivering against targets. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and early evenings.
