Job Description

Jago Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Adults Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide support, coaching, and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability, primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPIs.
  • To oversee the enquiry management process, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions, facilitating regular reviews of performance against targets.
  • To possess proven experience with strong exposure in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management, and administrative duties.
  • To hold a valid driving licence, enabling the ability to travel to various locations as required.
Requirements
  • Strong sales and finance skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using computer software and systems, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Valid driving licence and ability to travel as required.
