Everpool is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead our vibrant coffee shop in Halifax. As a key member of our team, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage stock, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include opening and closing the store, managing a team of baristas, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. You will also be responsible for training, mentoring, and motivating team members to deliver outstanding service and uphold quality standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with the management team to develop promotional activities and marketing initiatives. If you have previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a coffee shop or cafe setting, and possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a flexible schedule, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidate will be a positive and proactive person who can inspire and develop a team. The store is open Monday to Saturday from 7am to 7pm and Sunday from 8am to 6pm.
