PT Renewables is seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Manager to lead our team in delivering complex environmental conservation projects.
The ideal candidate will have a background in managing teams within an environmental consultancy and a proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of environmental consultants, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
- Oversee and sign off on major projects, including contaminated land assessments, flood risk management, and environmental sampling.
- Lead fieldwork activities, including soil logging, environmental sampling, and spill response coordination.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to uphold ISO and environmental standards within our Integrated Management System.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in contaminated land management, site investigations, and environmental assessments.
- A full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel for site-based projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Benefits
- Salary between £45,000 - £55,000 (flexible for the right candidate).
