Senior Estate Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team at Connells in Corby.

About the Role:

As a Branch Lister, you will be responsible for listing and gaining new instructions for properties, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listing and marketing properties to attract new clients
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships and providing a high level of service
  • Building rapport with clients face-to-face or over the phone
  • Ensuring the highest level of service and meeting sales targets

What We Offer:

Competitive OTE of £35,000 with uncapped commission, clear career progression, industry-leading training and development, opportunities to compete for top achievers awards, pay per listing, company car or car allowance.
