About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant with Altogether Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives by providing support and assistance to enable them to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist individuals in their own homes to live as independently as possible.
  • Empower individuals to make their own decisions and choices.
  • Provide support with personal care and daily living tasks.
  • Offer physical and emotional support to individuals.
  • Help individuals participate in daily activities and tasks.
  • Assist with healthcare and personal appointments.
  • Foster positive relationships with individuals, their families, colleagues, and other professionals.
  • Utilize mobile technology to record and deliver quality care.
  • Uphold the principles of Altogether Care's values.
  • Implement and follow safe working practices.
