Production Operative Job Description

Contract Personnel Limited is seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team in the Worstead area. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced production environment and be able to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remove blemished or damaged products from the production line
  • Assist with packaging and ensure compliance with company specifications
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area, reporting any near misses or accidents to management
  • Perform other duties as required by the production team
Shift Pattern:
  • Monday to Thursday, with occasional Fridays
  • Days: 07:00 - 19:00 or Nights: 19:00 - 07:00
