About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team in the Community Specialist Physiotherapist role. This is a challenging and rewarding position that will allow you to work with a diverse range of patients and make a real difference to their lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, manage and provide treatment to a caseload of service users with complex and/or multiple needs.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff and students to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physiotherapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Previous experience of working in the NHS and in a community setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, carers and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations.
