About the Role
Link3 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Education Support Specialist to join our team. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for Year 4, you will play a vital role in supporting students develop foundational skills, maintain good behaviour in the classroom, and assist with overall class responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead small group sessions in reading, writing, and phonics to boost student understanding and confidence.
• Collaborate with the class teacher to manage behaviour, create a positive and productive learning environment.
• Assist in planning and delivering lessons, providing targeted help to students as needed.
• Perform general TA duties, such as preparing resources, supporting classroom activities, and attending to individual student needs.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a UK primary school is essential.
• Strong background working with KS1 and KS2 students, with a deep understanding of their learning needs.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to fostering a nurturing learning atmosphere.

What We Offer
An estimated salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
