Key Responsibilities
As a Transformation Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching to our members, providing expert advice on nutrition, workouts, and lifestyle management, and producing world-class results. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and thorough records of our members, attend mentorship calls, and act upon feedback provided by your direct report.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Sport & Exercise Science or a related field, and/or 2+ years of experience working within the fitness industry. You will also need to have a strong understanding of body composition, weight loss, building muscle, and lifestyle optimization, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, uncapped performance-based commission, and a full-time, permanent employment contract. You will also have the opportunity to work remotely and have a flexible schedule, with a 4-hour crossover period between 8am-5pm BST M-F. Additionally, you will receive world-class mentorship from experienced Transformation Coaches and have access to employee benefits.
