We are seeking an ambitious Chef Apprentice to join our dynamic team at The Locksbrook Inn in Bath, part of St Austell's managed pub estate.

This exciting opportunity offers a fully funded Level 2 training programme, culminating in a nationally recognised qualification equivalent to a GCSE in cookery.

You will work alongside experienced chefs in a fast-paced environment, honing your skills and knowledge while developing the fundamental principles necessary for a successful career as a professional chef.

The role involves working with top-quality fresh local produce, prepping and cooking dishes to specification, and adapting to high-pressure situations. You will also benefit from comprehensive support and guidance from our expert team.
