In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a small team while managing your own portfolio of residential conveyancing cases.
About the Role:
As a Lead Residential Conveyancer, you will oversee the complete residential conveyancing process, which includes:
- Sales and purchases
- Buy-to-let transactions
- Transfer of equity
Additionally, you will guide a small team as they handle their individual caseloads.
Key Requirements
Personal Attributes:
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing.
