Site Manager Job Description

Our clients, a reputable 5-star housebuilder, are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the management of new build housing projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction development sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality work and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the development, providing clear direction to site staff and ensuring they meet their responsibilities and targets.
  • Implement and manage health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Motivate and support directly employed site staff, providing training, coaching, and support to improve performance.
  • Maintain site presentation to the highest standard.
  • Deliver production requirements in accordance with technical and planning documentation, adhering to building regulations and warranty providers' requirements.
