Temporary Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team at a student accommodation in the heart of Bristol city centre on an adhoc basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support and service to residents, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable living experience.
  • Deal with enquiries from current and prospective residents via various communication channels.
  • Organise events and open days to promote the property and engage with residents.
  • Sort mail and parcels, and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with residents, maintenance, and accommodation teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Process payments and monitor rent arrears, ensuring timely collection.
  • Filing and maintaining customer data, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Calm and composed under pressure, with a passion for providing a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
