About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Linwood Valet Site Coordinator to join our team at Arnold Clark. As a key member of our valet site, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize daily deliveries and collections efficiently
  • Work closely with the branch manager to maintain a well-run operation
  • Promote exceptional customer service throughout the branch
  • Maintain effective communication between staff and management
  • Conduct regular stock control and ordering of valeting materials as needed
  • Liaise with internal and external organizations
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of valet bays, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate staff rotas to ensure shifts are covered

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
  • High levels of organization and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to motivate staff to achieve targets
  • An understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
  • A full UK driving license

Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum
