Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with BJF Group and client policies and procedures.
  • Plan and execute delivery of planned maintenance tasks to meet statutory and mandatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage processes to review service suppliers and ensure required standards are met.
  • Manage supply chain provision of reactive maintenance services and resolve performance failures.
  • Provide management information to Line Manager and Support Manager on reported tasks and performance.
  • Manage day-to-day contractual and operational delivery to achieve contractual compliance within areas of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Candidates must have a mechanical or electrical background, with 18th Edition certification for electrical and NVQs for mechanical.
  • Technical support and advice skills are essential for achieving contract delivery.
  • Leadership, management, and development skills are necessary for ensuring financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded.
