About the Role

Frontline Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor & Compliance Manager to join our client's team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of electrical installation and compliance across the company's nationwide client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work onsite to complete EICR, remedial works, and minor project works.
  • Provide expert advice, support, and guidance on electrical installations during day-to-day activities.
  • Ensure that agreed quality controls in place are fully understood and implemented.
  • Work with the Technical Manager to ensure Quality Audits are undertaken and that any adverse findings, including those raised by others, are closed out promptly.
  • Providing guidance and assistance on quality and Health & Safety matters.
  • Leading by example and supporting setting the standards and tone of the business unit.
Requirements
  • C&G 2360 Pt 1 & Pt 2, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • C&G (2394 & 2395) or 2391 Testing and Inspection.
  • Driving license.
  • Company Car.
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays.
  • Company pension.

Our client is a multi-disciplinary contractor based in Milton Keynes with approximately 80 employees and turnover in excess of £20M. They have a nationwide client base including Public Sector contracts and corporate businesses, Tier 1 contractors, FM providers and a focus on logistics and distribution centres.
