We are seeking an exceptional estate leader to join Jmosborne's team and drive the success of our 55,000-acre Scottish estate on the Island of Islay. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for the outdoors and a proven track record of leadership to make a real impact.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in conservation, wildlife management, and estate operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the estate's sporting potential
  • Managing a team of experienced staff to achieve business objectives
  • Ensuring the highest standards of hunting and conservation practices
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients

Salary range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including exceptional accommodation and the opportunity to work in one of Scotland's most beautiful landscapes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a senior leadership role
  • Demonstrated expertise in conservation, wildlife management, and estate operations
  • Proven track record of achieving business objectives and driving results
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
