Job Responsibilities
  • Technical Communications and Pre-Sales Support

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical communications and pre-sales support to customers and suppliers. This includes designing and presenting solutions based on specific customer requirements, ensuring that our products meet their needs and expectations.

Project Coordination and Implementation

You will work closely with our product team and R&D team to ensure the successful implementation of customer projects. This involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Relationship Building and Customer Service

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and service partners. This includes providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Technical Improvements and Process Optimization

You will work closely with our product team to identify areas for technical improvement and implement changes to enhance product performance and efficiency. Additionally, you will contribute to the optimization of working processes within the team, ensuring that we are working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or Electronics is required. Pre-sales or solution experience in the EV, Automotive, or Energy sector is highly desirable.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

You should have a strong understanding of electrical vehicles, the charging pile industry, and the OCPP protocol. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

Language Skills

Fluency in English is a must. Other European languages, such as German, French, or Spanish, are a plus.
