Teacher for Students with Autism and Complex Needs

**Teaching Opportunity for Special Educational Needs Students**
We are seeking an experienced teacher to join our special educational needs (SEN) school in North London. Our students have autism (ASD) and require extra support beyond what is offered in mainstream schools.
The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with students with complex needs. They will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lessons, supporting students to develop confidence and independence, and working collaboratively with specialist services.
**Job Requirements:**
- Teaching students aged 11-19 with complex needs
- Developing and delivering lessons using alternative teaching methods
- Working with specialist services, medical staff, and psychologists
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of students through adherence to safeguarding policies
