Inclusion Support Specialist

We are currently seeking an Inclusion Support Assistant to join our team at EdEx. As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you will be working closely with children who require additional guidance and support in the classroom.
The ideal candidate will have a 2:1 or First-class degree from a reputable University and a genuine interest in working with SEN. Excellent communication skills and a calm and compassionate nature are essential for this role.
The salary for this position is £105 - £110 per day, making it an attractive option for graduates looking to begin their careers. You will also have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working with children with complex needs and develop your skills in supporting them in the classroom.
We offer a full-year's experience working with children with complex needs, CPD opportunities, and the chance to work alongside likeminded individuals and receive the best support and guidance from Specialist staff.

- Encourage the development of the students' social skills
- Work within the classroom and in smaller groups to accommodate needs
- Support and comply with the school's safeguarding procedures
- Full-time, long-term position starting ASAP
- Located in the Borough of Wandsworth
- A 2:1 or First-class degree from a reputable University
- Genuine interest in working with SEN
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to adapt
- Experience in a previous role, or personal experience in SEN is desirable
- Calm and compassionate nature
