This is a new and exciting opportunity for a lead specialist nurse within Respiratory/Thoracic Medicine to work closely with the respiratory consultants to provide specialist care and support to patients with a diagnosis of Respiratory illnesses such as bronchiectasis, Asthma, COPD etc.


The successful applicant will be responsible for assessment and monitoring of patients through clinics and running effective patient-initiated follow-ups.


We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated nurse who has evidence of continuous personal, professional and academic development to masters equivalent level.


The successful applicant will be a key member of our team and will be expected to contribute to the development of our services.


The key responsibilities of this role include:



  • Providing specialist care and support to patients with a diagnosis of Respiratory illnesses
  • Working closely with the respiratory consultants to provide assessment and monitoring of patients through clinics
  • Running effective patient-initiated follow-ups
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
