Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist to join our team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects from stage 3 to completion, utilizing Revit and AutoCAD to produce design and technical information at BIM Level 2. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership position and drive project success.
About You
To excel in this role, you will need a strong track record of project delivery, excellent technical skills, and effective communication abilities. Responsibilities
- Deliver projects from stage 3 to completion
- Lead projects, including client and contractor coordination
- Produce design and technical information using Revit and AutoCAD

Compensation
The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a pension scheme, and a generous holiday allowance.
