We are seeking a skilled Groundworks Foreman to join our team at Tradeline Recruitment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee groundworks operations on a commercial site in Cambridge

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Manage a team of groundworkers

- Coordinate with other site teams

- Maintain high-quality work standards

**Requirements:**

- CSCS card

- SSSTS or SMSTS certification

- First aid training (desirable)

- Machine operation tickets (desirable)

- Experience in external and finishing works

- Competitive hourly rate: £23-£25

- Initial contract duration: 2-3 months
