A renowned care home in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to join their exceptional team. This exciting opportunity will involve working with a leading healthcare provider who prioritizes delivering high-quality care.
About the Role:
- This position requires a qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin to lead a team of care staff and deliver outstanding care to residents.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, adhering to regulatory frameworks.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records using modern technology is also essential.
- The role involves overseeing all aspects of medicine management on shifts, following company policies and current legislation.
- The successful Nurse will utilize their clinical skills to provide guidance and support to team members, making timely decisions when necessary.
- In addition, they will support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code.
Key Requirements:
- Leadership skills, problem analysis, and proposing solutions or improvements are highly desirable.
- Effective communication and developing professional relationships are essential.
- Familiarity with IT and communication systems required for the role is necessary.
- Respect for values, views, and needs of others is crucial.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload is vital.
- Experience in delivering nursing care within the elderly healthcare sector is preferred.
- Participation in quality and clinical governance programs is also beneficial.
What We Offer:
