Community Care Worker

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Community Care Workers to join our team in Cullompton. As a Community Care Worker, you will be delivering care that is truly person-centred, including personal care and support, companionship, live-in care, promoting independence, medication support, specialist clinical care, and palliative and end-of-life care.
What You'll Do- Assist adults with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity
- Be a friendly face and a comforting presence
- Provide 24/7 support for those who need it most
- Empower clients to lead fulfilling lives with as much autonomy as possible
- Ensure safe and timely administration of medication
- Handle complex clinical needs with expertise and confidence
- Offer compassionate care during life's most challenging moments

What We're Looking For- A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
- The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
- A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle
- The right to work in the UK
- Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
