We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hearing Aid Sales Executive/Administrator to join our team at Park Medical Clinic. As a key member of our audiology team, you will play a crucial role in driving hearing aid sales while providing exceptional support to our patients and audiologists.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with patients to understand their hearing needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Manage hearing aid bookings and appointments to maximize sales opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Maintain stock levels for hearing aids and accessories, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Support audiologists with preparing equipment, managing patient records, and ensuring stock availability.
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients regarding hearing aid care and use.
- Experience in audiology, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the hearing aid or medical devices sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, audiologists, and suppliers.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive patient experience.
