Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Class 2 driver to join our Store to Home team in Erdington. As a Class 2 driver, you will be responsible for delivering B&Q products to customer premises on a multi-drop basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering products to customer premises on a multi-drop basis
  • Supporting the lorry loader fleet to deliver bulk products to curbside locations
  • Maintaining accurate driving/working time records
  • Operating company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner
  • Ensuring all products are checked off the vehicle and the customer receives the correct products and delivery documentation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with multi-drops, store deliveries is preferable but not essential
  • A full UK driving licence with category C entitlement
  • A current brick grab attachment lorry loader ticket
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
  • An up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to undertake pre-employment Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS Check)
