About the Role

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide individualized support and care to young people in accordance with their needs and goals.
  • To work collaboratively with other members of the team to create a safe and supportive living environment.
  • To engage young people in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • To maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of care plans.

Requirements

  • Able to demonstrate empathy and understanding towards young people with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
