Lead and Motivate a Team of Support Workers

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team in Cheltenham. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of support workers to deliver excellent person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Recruit and develop support workers through staff supervisions, candidate interviews, and providing guidance and expertise
  • Communicate effectively with staff, individuals we support, and external professionals
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and policies
Requirements:
  • Experience in a senior support worker or care team leader role
  • NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driving licence and access to a car
