We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Conference Record Keeper to join our team at Adecco UK Limited on a temporary basis.

About the Role

As a Conference Record Keeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and comprehensive records of meetings are kept. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a professional team in Ponteland, attending business meetings and taking minutes, typing up notes in a timely and accurate manner, distributing meeting minutes to relevant members of staff, and assisting with additional administrative tasks as required.

Responsibilities
  • Attend business meetings and take minutes accurately and efficiently.
  • Type up notes in a timely manner, adhering to high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Distribute meeting minutes to relevant members of staff promptly, ensuring all necessary parties receive the information they need.
  • Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required, providing support to the team and contributing to the smooth operation of the department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in taking minutes within a professional setting, demonstrating expertise and proficiency in this area.
  • Strong secretarial and administrative skills, including exceptional organizational abilities and time management techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is around £25-30 per hour, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. As a temporary employee, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly, choosing from multiple shifts between 5pm-7:30pm, and enjoy a competitive rate of pay for your skills and dedication.
