Vice Chair Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Vice Chair at Prior's Court Foundation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting autistic young people with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, as well as a deep understanding of autism and its challenges. They will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our team, helping us to achieve our mission of delivering exceptional care and education to our students.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and generous holiday allowance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic direction and leadership to the Foundation
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, including staff, students, and external partners
