We're looking for a seasoned Senior Director of Sales EMEA to lead our strategic partnerships in the region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth, develop impactful relationships, and shape the future of data solutions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for partner engagement and success, ensuring alignment between MongoDB's goals and those of our partners.
- Craft and implement initiatives that support partner success with MongoDB's platform, leveraging cross-functional teams to maximize partner engagement and success.
- Enable partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to drive technical alignment, without requiring deep technical expertise.
- Act as a trusted advisor, reinforcing MongoDB's value proposition and ensuring partner solutions remain competitive and relevant in the industry.
- Promote an inclusive, high-performing team culture that values diversity of thought and provides mentorship and growth opportunities.
- Build an adaptable team culture responsive to changing market conditions, competitive dynamics, and partner ecosystem developments.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in partner management, solution architecture, or related roles, with a strategic focus and at least 8-12 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong background in developing and executing strategies for partner engagement and success, ideally within technology or cloud environments.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with an ability to engage and influence senior leaders across diverse partner organizations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to articulate both business and technical value to a wide range of audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to support partner engagement.
About the Role
This is a full-time, salaried position based in London, with opportunities for remote work within the EMEA region. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £140,000 - £160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
