Care Companion

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and tailored wellbeing support to our clients
- Assist with everyday tasks, such as cooking, light housework, and personal care
- Support clients with their personal care needs, including washing, dressing, and bathing
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and a car for driving responsibilities
- Previous experience in care homes or home care settings desirable
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic IT skills for documentation and communication
- Demonstrated ability to work with empathy and compassion in a care-giving role
Working Hours:
16 hour contract: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday, 5pm - 10pm
Salary:
£12 - £14 per hour, plus travel time and mileage
