About the Role

We are seeking two experienced professionals to join our team as Volkswagen Regional Directors. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our Volkswagen division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of automotive professionals to achieve sales and aftersales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
  • Oversee the sales and aftersales departments, ensuring performance is maximised and potential opportunities are explored.
  • Collaborate with the National Franchise Director to set financial and growth objectives, and plan accordingly to ensure profit and product targets are met.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and good customer outcomes through exceptional CSI performance.
  • Establish and develop strong relationships with manufacturers to grow our partnerships and ensure our team develops in line with the brand partner framework and expectations.
  • Maintain exceptional key controls, including Health and Safety, Compliance, and Group Policy.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a large site Head of Business level is essential, with multi-site experience preferable.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a large and diverse team.
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to navigate barriers and proactively 'get things done' through the performance of your teams.
  • High levels of personal integrity and the ability to inspire teams, drive engagement, and hold teams accountable for their performance.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge of the automotive retailing sector, with the ability to stay up-to-date on market trends and insights.
