About the Role
Join Barchester Healthcare as a Clinical Lead in our Care Home
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to lead our clinical team in our Care Home. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care to our residents, in line with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee the implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain care plans for residents, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care
- Manage and coordinate the care of residents, including the development of individualized care plans
- Ensure that all clinical staff are up-to-date with the latest clinical developments and best practices
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a strong background in gerontology. You will need to have a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification, as well as experience of working in a care home setting. You will also need to have a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
