Role Overview

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Christian with experience in helping children, young people, and their families grow in faith and discipleship to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To build on our existing ministry and enable children, families, and young people to encounter the love of God in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
  2. To oversee and expand our provision for 0 to 18 year olds and their families.
  3. In collaboration with volunteers, ministry teams, and parents, to develop a coherent vision across all our children, families, and youth work.
  4. To work across the wider oversight area with the support of our Deanery Children and Families Mission Enabler to develop youth work.
  5. To look at creative ways to expand our existing team of volunteers to include people from diverse backgrounds.
  6. To promote and uphold our strong commitment to safeguarding.
