In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily support to customers in their own homes, assisting with activities such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation. Your primary goal will be to help individuals maintain their independence and wellbeing, while ensuring all relevant documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality person-centred care, which may involve administering medication according to a client's care plan. No prior experience or qualifications are necessary – we provide comprehensive paid training, shadowing, and support to equip you for success.

To succeed in this position, you should be a natural people person, comfortable working independently, and possessing good time management skills. A driving licence and your own vehicle are essential, due to the distance between our customers.

We offer a competitive annual salary of £21,800, along with generous benefits like double time on bank holidays, weekend pay (£1 extra per hour), and a mileage allowance of 45p per mile.
