Job Title: ERP Project Manager - Cloud Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to join our Agile Talent Community as an interim IFS Project Manager working for Grant Thornton. As a key member of our Tech Advisory team, you will have the freedom to work on projects that you choose, whether full or part-time, and support our clients and internal teams on short to medium-term assignments.

About You:

We are looking for a proven ERP Project Manager with experience implementing IFS Cloud and/or on-premise version in a similar Consulting firm or systems integrator. You should have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent stakeholder management, change management, negotiation, and communications skills. Additionally, you should be able to manage milestones across multiple teams using project management tool sets, lead and execute project risk management and mitigation, and deliver complex and time-sensitive projects.

  • Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager implementing IFS Cloud and/or on-premise version in a similar Consulting firm or systems integrator.
  • Project Management qualification (e.g. Prince2, MoP) and understanding and experience of other project management methodologies (e.g. Agile/Waterfall).
  • Strong stakeholder management, change management, negotiation and communications skills (written and verbal) across all levels.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Manage milestones across multiple teams using project management tool sets.
  • Lead and execute project risk management and mitigation.
  • Ability to deliver complex and time-sensitive projects.
  • Willingness to travel and work from client sites.
