About the Position:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to join our team at TimePlan Education's Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Southwark.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Significant experience in safeguarding and child protection, preferably within an educational or alternative setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of local authority policies and procedures.

Salary Range: £28,412 - £34,502 per annum, pro-rata (£13,661 - £16,590 for 22.5 hours per week).
