Job Overview:

Flexible People Limited is a leading logistics provider seeking a skilled delivery driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering parcels across the Reading area, utilizing your navigation skills and attention to detail to ensure timely and efficient service.

As a delivery driver, you will be an integral part of our operations, working closely with the dispatch team to manage routes and ensure seamless delivery experiences for our customers.

  • Deliver parcels to designated locations within the Reading area.
  • Manage a daily route of approximately 120-150 drops.
  • Handle and deliver parcels safely and securely.
  • Maintain effective communication with the dispatch team.
  • Adhere to all relevant road safety regulations and company policies.
Key Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A valid driving license with a clean driving record.
  • A reliable vehicle suitable for parcel delivery.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A willingness to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
  • A willingness to participate in drug and alcohol testing as required.
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £16.66, with a weekly van hire fee of £230.00 applicable if required.
