Job Title: Principal Control Systems Engineer

Job Summary:

Everec is seeking a highly skilled Principal Control Systems Engineer to lead our team in the development of Electric Vehicles. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing real-time control software for embedded systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement real-time control software for embedded systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Oversee the integration of control systems into vehicle prototypes and production models.
  • Conduct system-level testing and validation, including hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of control systems.
  • Drive innovation in control systems design, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance vehicle performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality control systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Communicate technical concepts and project status effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in control systems engineering, with a focus on automotive or electric vehicle applications.
  • Extensive experience with embedded systems and real-time control software.
  • Experience with system integration, testing (HIL/SIL), and validation processes.
