Job Overview

The role will be working within the commercial team across multiple manufacturing sites within the THG Nutrition & Wellness division. Our recent acquisitions have created opportunities for growth, and we're now looking to recruit sales professionals to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring company profitability, customer requirements, and individual growth targets are met.
  2. Establish and proactively manage relationships at multiple levels to achieve key commercial objectives.
  3. Develop and manage customer contract agreements, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  4. Collaborate with internal departments to optimize results and drive growth.
  5. Provide accurate rolling weekly sales outlook and proactive plans to gap fill.

Requirements

  1. FMCG food & drink experience is a strong advantage.
  2. Previous account management experience of 2+ years.
  3. Strong financial controls and commercial awareness.
  4. Entrepreneurial mindset and creative abilities.
  5. Exceptional relationship skills.
