Senior SEO Manager (USA Market)

Job Summary: We're seeking a seasoned SEO professional to lead our US growth marketing strategy, driving organic share of search and maximizing growth across the US market.

About the Role: As a Senior SEO Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our SEO strategy, leveraging a team of SEO professionals to identify keyword opportunities and execute link building campaigns. You'll work closely with our Head of Organic Growth, Head of Growth Marketing, and other senior stakeholders to achieve ambitious organic growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our US SEO strategy, driving organic share of search and maximizing growth across the US market.
  • Lead a team of SEO professionals, ensuring they continually develop their skillset across critical areas of Growth Marketing.
  • Work closely with our Head of Organic Growth, Head of Growth Marketing, and other senior stakeholders to achieve ambitious organic growth goals.
  • Report on performance for Twinkl's most exciting area of growth to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with PPC-focused stakeholders to ensure maximum acquisition without cannibalisation.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing SEO tactics and process, significantly improving organic search performance for online businesses.
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking strategies.
  • Experience implementing successful large-scale SEO initiatives, including external link acquisition, site architecture, and international localisation.
  • Understanding of vital SEO and marketing analytics and research platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
